The Chief Administrative Officer reports directly to City Council. The Chief Administrative Officer is the administrative leader and key point of contact between Council, the community and staff. The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer ensures that City Council's priorities and policies are implemented by communicating those priorities, providing leadership, and directing staff.
