Starting at the most north westerly point of Ward 4, at Park Road North and the City Limits, then southerly along Park Road North to West Street, follow West Street south and south westerly to the intersection of West Street and the C.N.R. tracks, then easterly along the C.N.R. tracks to Wayne Gretzky Parkway, then south on Wayne Gretzky Parkway to Colborne Street, then easterly on Colborne Street to the easterly City Limits, then easterly, northwesterly, northerly, westerly, and northerly along the easterly City Limits to Power Line Road, then westerly along the northerly City Limits to Park Road North.
