Our certified nutrition specialist will help you on the path to a healthier you!  Based on the Canada's Food Guuide we are here to help!


Cost:  $49.00 initial assessment which includes:  Body Composition, Measurements, Meal Planning, Starting weight and Exercise plan.  Then $12.25/week - 15 min appointment includes weigh in, food diary review and reassessments as required.  Must be booked in 4 week increments.
