Swimming
Swimming is a great activity for people of all ages and is ranked as one of the best forms of exercise, as well as one of Canada's favourite leisure activities. The Red Cross offers swim programs for all ages and levels and acts as a gateway to other water activities such as competitive swimming, synchronized swimming and scuba diving.
