Lottery Gaming - Applications, Fees and Reports 

License Fees

Raffles - 3% of retail value of all prizes to be given away up to a maximum of $50,000
Bingo - 3% of total prizes per event up to a maximum of $5,500
Bazaars - $10.00 per weekly x number of days or if no wheels $10.00 per day
Nevada - 3% of prize payout per box x number of boxes
Social Gaming Events - $5.00 per table and $5.00 per Wheel of Fortune - Provincial Permit
Fair or Exhibition Gaming Event - $100 per merchandise bingo; $10.00 per blackjack table per day and $10.00 per Wheel of Fortune - Provincial Permit
Super Jackpot (full Super Jackpot prize and line prize) x number of events x 40% x 3% - Provincial Permit

License Reports

All groups must submit a report to the municipality following the conclusion of their event. The following is a report submission time frame:

Raffles - 30 days following the event
Bingos
Municipal Report - end of the following month following their last bingo date eg: last date March 10, report due April 30
Provincial Report - within 15 days following the bingo event
Nevada - end of the following month from their last deposit eg: last deposit July 3, report due August 31

Refunds

If an organization has to cancel their event for such things as weather conditions, a licence fee refund can be approved. Similar, if a nevada group is canceling its fund raising program and still has boxes left over, providing the boxes have not been opened, a refund based on the number of remaining boxes can be approved.
