The City of Brantford is proud to celebrate and support the incredible diversity of creative events, projects, programs and people in Brantford. Staff are happy to help "connect the dots" between you and the resources you need, or between you and others seeking to undertake similar or complimentary projects or activities. This includes assistance or letters of support for organizations seeking to leverage outside funding to support events, festivals or initiatives here in Brantford.

- Cultural and Built Heritage Grant Program
The goal of the Cultural and Built Heritage Funding Program is to provide project grants to Brantford cultural institutions for facility and infrastructure improvements.
- Enterprise Brant Community Development Funding
Enterprise Brant works to help develop and diversify the local economy. Enterprise Brant has assisted non-profit groups for many grass roots initiatives with Special Project Grants.
- Canadian Heritage Funding and Assistance Programs
Canadian Heritage offers financial support to organizations who contribute to departmental objectives related to culture, arts, heritage, official languages, citizenship and participation, Aboriginal, youth, and sport initiatives.
- Brant United Way Community Impact Grants
When funding is available, Brant United Way puts out a call for member agencies and other agencies to apply to the Community Impact Grants program.
- Community Cultural Investment Program (CCIP)
The CCIP is a grant program funded by the City of Brantford, with the goals of providing operating assistance to not-for-profit organizations in arts, culture, and heritage in Brantford. Applications are due in December.
- Ontario Ministry of Tourism & Culture Funding Programs
Offers a variety of operating and project grants to arts and cultural groups, cultural industries, museums and heritage organizations, funding for festivals and events, and much more.
- Brant Community Foundation
Operates a granting program that fosters local not-for-profit organizations and community projects. Applications are accepted annually.
The Brant Community Foundation also administers the City of Brantford’s Municipal Grants Program.
- Canada Council for the Arts Programs
The Canada Council provides a wide variety of grants and services to professional Canadian artists and arts organizations in dance, interdisciplinary arts, media arts, music, theatre, visual arts, and writing and publishing.
- Ontario Arts Council Grant Programs
Grants and services to professional, Ontario-based artists and arts organizations to support a variety disciplines.
