Calls for Artists 

Brantford is home to many talented artists, artisans, musicians and performers.  This page exists to showcase opportunities that are currently available.  For further information about any of these festivals or events, please contact the lead organization through the links below.

  • Call for Public Art Jury Roster
    The Jury Roster will serve as a list of qualified artists and other community arts/design professionals (including architects, landscape architects, and educators or administrators in the arts or heritage fields) eligible to serve on Public Art juries.
  • Call for Submissions: The Yellow Brick Wall
    The Yellow Brick Wall accepts proposals for exhibitions of two-dimensional works year-round. Proposals are reviewed annually by the Art Advisory Committee.
  • Call for Artists: Lawren Harris Public Art Piece
    Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant and the Lawren Harris Movement Committee is seeking Artists and Artist-Led Teams to submit proposals to create a permanent piece of public art to be located in downtown Brantford, adjacent to the Brantford Public Library.
  • Little Free Libraries in Brantford
    The Little Free Library™ in Brantford is a public art projected aimed at inspiring a love of reading, building community, and sparking creativity in Brantford.
