Master Aging Plan
A Master Aging Plan for Brantford and the County of Brant
The seniors demographic is changing the face of many communities including Brantford and Brant County. A need to plan support services for seniors was recognized by the City of Brantford and resulted in the formation and backing of a Master Aging Plan Steering Committee.
The Master Aging Steering Committee has produced two documents. Through consultations with seniors groups and community service providers - The Master Aging Plan identified five broad goals and over one hundred suggested strategies needed to achieve those goals.
The second document An Implementation Action Plan made recommendations for the continued evolution and rollout of the plan.
