Get Involved – this is a community project!
In order to ensure that we create a successful master plan, it is important to have involvement from a cross-section of our community.
Throughout the course of the study process, the City has hosted five community events to promote public input and involvement in the project. These events have been in various formats including workshops, design charettes, walking tours, and open houses.
On May 4, 2010, the Waterfront Task Force was presented with the draft version of the Waterfront Master Plan. Following some minor revisions, the final version will be presented to Committee of the Whole on June 14, 2010.
Everyone from the community is welcome to join the City to hear the Consultant's present this final version. If you would like to speak as a delegation, follow this link to see the appropriate procedure as required by the City's Clerks Department: http://www.brantford.ca/myBrantford/Pages/CouncilCommittees.aspx.
