Starting at the south limit of Colborne Street at the easterly City Limit, then southerly along the easterly City Limit to the centre line of the Grand River, then westerly and then northerly along the center line of the Grand River to the intersection of Colborne Street West, Brant Avenue and Colborne Street, then easterly along Colborne Street to Clarence Street, then northerly along Clarence Street to the C.N.R. tracks, then easterly along the C.N.R. tracks to Wayne Gretzky Parkway, then southerly along Wayne Gretzky Parkway to Colborne Street, then easterly along Colborne Street to the place of beginning.
