Summer Swim Session Number Application Forms Available June 2
Get yours today! The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is accepting online and in-person Number Application Forms from Wednesday, June 2, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Registration for all sessions will be held on Saturday, June 19 a the WGSC from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Summer Session Information and Date:
- Monday & Wednesday Evening Lessons - run twice a week for 4 weeks (July 5 - 28 & August 4 - 30)
- Tuesday to Friday Morning Lessons - run four times per week for 2 weeks (July 6 - 16 & July 20 - 30 & August 3 - 26)
- Tuesday & Thursday Evening Lessons - run twice a week for 4 weeks (July 6 - 29 & August 3 - 26)
- Saturday Lessons - run once a week for 8 weeks (July 10 - August 28)
How to Register:
It's easy! Follow these five simple steps to get your number application form:
- Fill out the Aquatic Registration Number Application Form completely (one per family). *Application forms are also available at WGSC or on-line. Click here to be redirected to the online Number Application Form. This will open in a new browser window.
- Get online or send by mail, fax, or drop off your Number Application Form at the scheduled time for that session (see above).
- Number Application Forms will be processed in the order that they are received. WGSC staff will assign a registration number and registration time to each application and hand or mail that number to the name and address on the form.
- Each numbered card will tell you the time you should come to register for your swimming lessons.
THE REGISTRATION CARD YOU RECEIVE MUST BE PRESENTED AT REGISTRATION.
