Theory of a Deadman to Headline 2009 Canada Day Celebration!

With the OLG Main Stage hopping from morning 'till night, food pavilion, marketplace, and a fireworks finale, this day simply can't be missed!

June 25, 2009

Cockshutt Park is coming alive this Canada Day with an all-day party, and all residents are invited and encouraged to come out and enjoy this fun event.

Opening ceremonies kick the event off at 11:00 a.m., and the day then carries on with live entertainment from 12:00 - 10:00 p.m.; enjoy international cuisine at the Foods of Canada Pavilion; watch your kids let loose in the Young Canadians Play Area; and marvel at the spectacular Fireworks to Music display that will close the event.

Headlining this year’s event is Theory of a Deadman - a welcome return from last year's festival.

Most events are open from 12 – 10 p.m., so be sure to check the complete schedule included below for exact times for all of the events.

Hope to see you there, and have a safe and happy Canada Day!
