The City currently has a Snow Windrow Removal Program for seniors and persons with a physical disability. You may be eligible to have the City of Brantford Works Department remove the snow windrow from your driveway entrance, if you are:
- 65 years of age or older (must provide proof that all individuals residing at the residence are 65 years or older)
- Under the age of 65 with a physical disability and no other individuals in the household are able to do this work (must have current and valid doctor’s certificate)
If you are interested in registering for this service or require additional information pertaining to the program, please contact the Public Works Department at 519-752-4832 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
If you have previously registered for this service during past winter seasons, please ensure you are in contact with the Works Department to re-confirm your participation in the program during the 2011-2012 winter.
