Public meetings regarding the 2013 Budget are currently underway by the City of Brantford’s Estimates Committee. The Estimates Committee is made up of all Members of Brantford City Council and is currently chaired by Councillor Richard Carpenter. All meetings are open to the public and will be televised on Rogers Television and broadcast live on the City's website during meetings.

The Estimates Committee will hear delegations at its Tuesday, January 15, 2013 meeting. Individuals or groups who want to appear as a delegation, to provide input into the 2013 Budget, are welcome to attend that meeting which begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Brantford City Hall.

Those who want to appear as a delegation must first register with the City Clerk by submitting a completed Delegation Request Form no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting (Tuesday, January 15).
