PARKING TICKETS

The Provincial Offences Court Office does not accept payments for City of Brantford parking fines dated after January 1, 1994. Parking tickets dated after that date are paid at the Parking Garage located at 59 Icom Drive. If you have questions about a City of Brantford parking ticket please call 519- 753-2311 or visit their website. The Provincial Offences Court Office does accept payment for parking fines for the County of Brant after 75 days from the date of the offence.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

-cash, cheques, certified cheques, debit card, money order, Visa or Mastercard.

NOTE

-Please include offence notice, notice of fine and due date or the ticket number with your payment when mailing.
-Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to the "City of Brantford".
-There is a $40 charge for NSF cheques.
-Do not send cash in the mail.

FAILURE TO PAY will result in enforcement activities which include:

Suspension of driver's licence. The Ministry of Transportation will charge a $150 fee to reinstate your licence. Outstanding fines are referred to a collection agency Civil enforcement will include garnishing wages, bank accounts, registering liens against property and seizure of assets
