What is a Water Emergency?
A WATER MAIN BREAK, which often occurs in the winter time due to freezing and thawing in the ground, can have the appearance of a flood in the roadway. Simultaneously, residents living in the area can experience a significant reduction in water pressure to the point of having no running water.
In addition to water main breaks, residents may want to ask for help concerning the following issues:
