Drawing & Sketching

(min. 8 people / max. 12 people)

Start at your own level!  For beginners, learn to draw simple shapes, make them look 3 dimensional and progress to drawings - no experience necessary.  This is not a group lesson but involves lots of one on one instruction.

Combined Beginners & Intermediate Level Watercolours

(min. 8 people / class, max. 15 people / class)

Learn to mix colours.  Composition and design will be used to make your paintings your own.  Techniques will be introduced to get the best results. Learn to use your photographs to your advantage.  No experience necessary.  This is not a group lesson, but involves lots of one on one instruction.
Beginners to experienced painters welcome.

Learn how versatile acrylics can be!  Starting with a colour wheel, and an emphasis on composition and technique, you will learn how to approach various subject matter using your photographs.  No experience necessary.  This is not a group lesson but involves lots of one on one instruction.

Gentle Yoga

Yoga is gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress. Some of the benefits are: improved sleep, increased strength, reduced pain, lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels, improved breathing, increased flexibility and more!
