Parks & Recreation Refund Policy 

Program/Lesson Refund Procedures

Program Cancellation:

A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled by Parks & Recreation.  No administration fee will apply.

Requests for Refunds:

A program refund will be issued if received a minimum of five (5) days prior to the start of the program.  The administration fee will apply.  After this time, a refund will be considered up to the third class of a session for medical or compassionate circumstances only.  Refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes already taken and the administration fee will apply.  A medical note may be required.

Administration Fee:

A 15% or $25 administration fee, whichever is less, will apply to the prorated amount for all refunds.  Refunds will be issued by the original form of payment at any Parks & Recreation facility or over the phone, providing the credit card name matches the account name in the registration system.  The receipt must be presented in person in order to process a refund if the credit card and account information do not match.
