3) Spirelli Workshop

Monday, February 13 from 10 am – 12 noon.
String art, also know as Spirelli, is really easy to do. Some scalloped shapes are wrapped with embroidery floss and you have a beautiful design that resembles a kaleidoscope.

    1) Glimpse of Spring

The best way to chase away the winter blues is to plant spring bulbs! Nurture your personal planter into bloom in the weeks following the session.

    2) Viva la Veggies! Container Gardening

Monday, April 30 from 9:30 – 11:30 am
Tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, and so much more can be grown in a container to be enjoyed all summer. Learn the principals of square foot gardening and create your own personal planter full of nature’s bounty.
Cost: $24.00 (members) or $27.00 (non members). Cost includes refreshments

Back by Popular Demand! Conversational Spanish

Learn the basics of this fascinating language with our very own Beckett Centre member, Maria Hernandez. This is a very informal class which is designed to provide you with basic knowledge of Spanish.
