Payment of Parking Fines
Various options are provided to make the payment of your parking infraction more convenient.

Do not send cash in the mail. Either a cheque, bank draft, or a money order is acceptable.
Please include the Parking Infraction Notice with your signature under the Voluntary Payment of Set Fine.
Please have the following items available before starting your transaction
- Ticket number
- Licence plate number of the vehicle ticketed
- Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card information
- The exact amount owed for the infraction (partial payments are not accepted)
Please note that a non-refundable service fee of $2.00 for each $50 parking fee increment will be charged.

Parking fines are payable at the Parking Enforcement Office at 59 Icomm Drive. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (the office is closed on Statutory Holidays).
Cash, cheque, and debit are accepted. Credit card payments currently are not accepted at the office.
You are provided with 15 minutes of free parking at the Market Centre Parkade while you are paying your parking infraction.
Mail Drop Box
A mail drop box is provided next to the entrance of the Parking Enforcement Office. This location is accessible 24 hours every day. Please include your signed Parking Infraction Notice with your payment. For your own protection, do not deposit cash with this payment. Please pay by cheque, bank draft, or money order.
Parking tickets must be paid in full within 15 days or your will receive a Notice of Impending Conviction (NIC). This notice reminds you to pay the fine or request a trial date. If no trial date is set and the NIC is not paid by the due date, a Notice of Fine will be issued. Failure to pay this notice results in the vehicle permit not being renewed or no new permit being issued.
