Ontario Works Formal Child Care This program is for Ontario Works clients who are participating in either a community work employment placement or an Ontario works training program, who are requesting that their child be placed in a licenced program. L.E.A.P. (Learning, Earning and Parenting) Clients who are requesting that their child be placed in a licenced program would also go through Child Care Services.

Ontario Works Child Care Funding

  • Child care arrangements will support the commitments made in the participation agreement signed by the participant and the Ontario Works case manager.
  • Learning, Earning and Parenting (LEAP) participants have priority access to child care in order to help them succeed at meeting their LEAP participant requirementsOntario Works Formal Child Care
