Currently there is a waiting list for affordable housing in Brantford/Brant County. The length of wait for affordable housing may vary depending on the type of housing and location within the region.
You will be placed on this waiting list once you have submitted a complete application and have been determined eligible for social housing. Because of the high demand for subsidized housing the wait may take many years.
We are continuing to advocate for more affordable housing so that we can house applicants more quickly.
