Healthy Aging Without Walls

Healthy Aging Without Walls is a free interactive telephone-based program that connects older adults with others from the comfort of their own home. Call in to participate in trivia, health and wellness seminars, or discussion groups. This is a great opportunity to learn something new and make meaningful friendships.

  • 10:00 am - Mindfulness: Learn to be in the moment and be more mindful of where you are and what you are doing.

The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation.
  • 1:00 pm with ARTC – It's A Wonderful Life: Let's examine the seven enduring lessons from this iconic movie!
