Healthy Aging Without Walls

provincewide emergency brake is in effect as of Saturday, April 3, 12:01 a.m. This puts in place shutdown measures that are the most stringent, to address rapidly escalating conditions, including the spread of variants of concern. This also include business closures in higher risk sectors.

Healthy Aging Without Walls is a free interactive telephone-based program that connects older adults with others from the comfort of their own home. Call in to participate in trivia, health and wellness seminars, or discussion groups. This is a great opportunity to learn something new and make meaningful friendships.
