Healthy Aging Without Walls

Healthy Aging Without Walls is a free interactive telephone-based program that connects older adults with others from the comfort of their own home. Call in to participate in trivia, health and wellness seminars, or discussion groups. This is a great opportunity to learn something new and make meaningful friendships.

May 2020 Programs

  • May 25th to 29th
    • Wednesday - Categories - (10:00 a.m.): Work as a group to see how many items in a category you can name.
    • Thursday - "Love of Music" (10:00 a.m.): Do you have a favourite song you would like to hear that you haven’t heard in a while? Request it and we will play it for you!
    • Thursday - "Would You Rather" (1:30 p.m.): Would you rather be hot all the time or cold all the time? Would you rather wear clown shoes every day or a clown wig every day? Join us for even more ridiculous questions!
    • Friday- Fun Friday (10:00 a.m.): Join us for a different activity every Friday such as song requests, fun facts, jokes and more.

To participate in a program, dial 1-866-279-1594 and enter the 6 digit passcode 642249, followed by #, then record your name or stay on the line and press # again.
