Brant Historical Society

  • Explore Brant Historical Society’s online interactive exhibit of Brantford Fire Service’s earliest days, including the Waterloo Rink Fire of 1911. The Brant Historical Society has a collection from the Brantford Fire Service’s earliest days.

Brantford Parks and Recreation

  • Harmony the Squirrel says staying at home doesn’t have to be boring, come play with me! Join Harmony the Squirrel in his at home adventures. Harmony the Squirrel will be adding fitness videos, activities, crafts and more that you can do from home! Keep checking the Harmony Square Facebook page for videos. Fun for everyone!

Brantford Public Library

  • Get your free temporary digital membership and unlock all the resources BPL has to offer right at your fingertips. Sign up for the Libraries Digital Membership card that was created for those who do not already have an account. It provides temporary access to audiobooks, ebooks,, Universal class tutorials, language tutorials, crafts, downloadable movies, television shows, music, newspapers and magazines.

Brantford Public Library - Virtual Storytime

County of Brant

  • The County of Brant wants to know how you and your family are keeping your spirits up during this challenging time. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 3:30 p.m., they will be posting an activity for families to participate in the following day. Crock-A-Doodle Brantford

Grand River Conservation Authority

Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre

  • WGSC will be sharing workouts from their certified personal trainers, including ways to keep your little ones moving. Kids Can Fly

  • Kids Can Fly is helping new moms with their virtual program HUGS4NEWMOMS. Topics will include how to develop supports during social distancing, lactation and feeding your baby, self-care for mom, sleep, how to deal with anxiety, and many more. Even though our branches are closed, the library is still open online.

PBS Crafts for Kids

  • Focusing on simple, fun and family-friendly projects, this weekly series encourages parents to spend meaningful time with their kids making crafts. Many of the projects include recyclable materials, things you already have in your home, and feature PBS KIDS characters.
