Sensitive Santa returns to Brantford
BRANTFORD, ON – The City of Brantford is pleased to announce that Sensitive Santa will return on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts, located at 88 Dalhousie St.
“Everyone deserves the magic of meeting Santa in a way that feels safe, calm and joyful,” says Jenny Sawicki, Accessibility Coordinator at the City of Brantford. “Sensitive Santa events provide an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals with sensory sensitivities can enjoy a calm, comfortable and personalized visit with Santa.”
Sensitive Santa is a free special visit with Santa reserved for children who require a quiet and welcoming, sensory-friendly environment. The City of Brantford has been offering Sensitive Santa for 7 years. It offers a calm and relaxing environment where children can stand and sit with Santa Claus, tell him their wish list or have a quiet visit. Photographs are captured by City staff and will be emailed to participating families. Families are also welcome to take their own photographs.
Space is very limited and pre-registration is required. Please contact jsawicki@brantford.ca or call 519-759-4150 ext. 5391 for more details and to register.
The City of Brantford is committed to removing barriers to access programs and services in our community and is working to provide equal opportunities for all under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
