Arrowdale Park Sledding Hill

Arrowdale Park sledding hill (375 Rawdon Street), is open for residents to enjoy the hill for wintery fun, weather permitting. 

Although the hill is regularly inspected and maintained by City of Brantford Parks staff, users are reminded to closely follow all posted rules so that everyone can enjoy the space safely. Please be advised that use of the sledding hill is at your own risk. Public and portable washrooms are not available on-site. Free street parking and on-site parking is available.

The sledding hill is open daily from dawn to dusk, weather permitting.

Sledding hill safety rules

Please enjoy sledding safely. We kindly ask that users adhere to the following rules when using the sledding hill:

  • Use of the hill for sledding is at your own risk
  • All users must act in an orderly, safe, and considerate manner
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and to determine if the conditions are safe for tobogganing
  • Refrain from building jumps or ramps
  • Profanity and loud music is not permitted
  • Glass containers are not permitted
  • Pets are not permitted on the sledding hill
  • Helmets are strongly recommended
  • Skiing and/or snowboarding is not permitted on the hill
