Important Coronavirus COVID-19 service changes

The following  measures and protocols will be implemented at both Arrowdale and Northridge municipal golf courses to ensure the health and safety of patrons and staff at all times;

  • Upon arrival, golfers will be greeted by new Players Assistants in course parking lots to  inform them of the new protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of both patrons and staff. Only golfers with a pre-booked starting time will be granted access. No walk-up golfers will be permitted at this time.
  • All golfers will be encouraged and reminded to practice physical distancing (minimum of 6 feet from others) at all times – on the tee box, on the fairways, and on the greens
  • Tee times will be at 12-minute intervals
  • All Green Fees and Power Carts to be paid by credit card in advance by calling the respective Pro Shops – Arrowdale can be reached at 519-752-7081 and Northridge can be reached at 519-753-6112
  • If you require access to the Pro Shops to pay by debit or gift card, access will be controlled by a Players Assistant, with only one person allowed in at a time
  • The Clubhouses will remain closed and portable washrooms will be available outside the respective Pro Shops
  • The Beverage Cart will be operational at both golf facilities
  • Golfers are to arrive at the golf course no more than 20 minutes before their scheduled tee time
  • There will only be one rider allowed per Power Cart unless you are from the same physical residential address – there will only be two Power Carts allowed per group at this time
  • Ball washers, bunker rakes, garbage cans, benches, scorecards, club rentals and pull cart rentals will not be available at this time to assist with Physical Distancing and minimizing Touch Points
  • Garbage cans will only be located on the 10th Tee at Northridge, adjacent to the exit cart path off the 9th Green at Arrowdale, and the Golf Cart sanitizing areas at both golf courses – all golfers will be encouraged to take their garbage home to dispose of to minimize potential exposure
  • Players Assistants will be touring the golf courses to ensure players are practicing physical distancing at all times
  • Cups will be placed upside down and one inch above the ground so the golf ball will not enter the hole – a putt is considered holed if it hits the cup
  • The flagstick is to remain in at all times so all golfers will be encouraged and reminded to refrain from touching the flagstick golf groups will not be permitted to play through
  • The Practice Putting Green will be limited to four golfers and will be reserved for the on-deck group only
  • At the conclusion of your round, all golfers will be encouraged and reminded to exit the course as promptly as possible and to avoid excessive socializing or gathering in the parking lot
