Beginners Tai Chi Demo Day

Tai chi can help with your balance, muscle tone and mental well-being. This gentle form of exercise could be the ideal activity for the rest of your life! Join us for free. If we have enough people interested, we will start a new class happening Mondays and Thursdays. Instructor is Sifu Frank Tabuns. Call us or email us if you want to attend.

Gentle yoga

Improve your health and calm your mind with these relaxing movements. Please bring your own yoga mat for health and safety reasons. Instructor is Casandra Selinger.

 

We suggest you register for the Monday or Tuesday class if you have taken yoga before. Friday classes are ideal if you are a new yogi.

International Dance
