We offer a wide variety of programs to help keep you active.

Weight room

The weight room features:

  • a universal weight machine
  • free standing weight machines
  • three stationary bikes
  • four treadmills
  • an elliptical machine
  • arm cycle
  • free weights

How to join

  • Buy a yearly membership
  • Buy a yearly weight room pass for only $35.00 
  • Set up a time with an instructor to learn how to use the equipment for only $12.00

Drop-in fitness sessions

Gentle yoga

Improve your health and calm your mind with these relaxing movements. Please bring your own yoga mat for health and safety reasons. Instructor is Casandra Selinger.

 

We suggest you register for the Monday or Tuesday class if you have taken yoga before. Friday classes are ideal if you are a new yogi.
