Times Square in Harmony Square

IMPORTANT UPDATE

With rain in the forecast on Saturday December 31, 2022, the City’s “Brantford Times Square in Harmony Square” event on New Year’s Eve will move indoors to the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts from 9:30 p.m. to Midnight 12 a.m. The full roster of musical performances will take place indoors along with the festive ball drop countdown. Attendance is FREE on a first come first serve basis. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. Free party favours and photo booth will also be available to celebrate with family and friends. Free public transit to and from the event.

The band Empty Hours will kick-off the celebration with live music starting at 9:30 p.m. as they perform classic alternative dance rock followed by Jace Martin & The Pace performing top pop, rock, blues and funk billboard hits. At 11:00 p.m. the headliner DESIRE will perform their International U2 Tribute Act starting.

Free parking is available downtown on December 31 and January 1 and at the Market Centre Parkade, located at 59 Icomm Drive, next to Harmony Square. Free transit services will be available on New Year’s Eve to and from the event from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on January 1, 2023. The main Transit Terminal is located on 64 Darling Street, just steps from Harmony Square.

Jace Martin & The Pace

Dace the night away with Jace and the Pace as they perform top 40 billboard hits playing pop, rock, blues and funk.

Breathe Rite Mechanical Constructing presents Desire starting at 11:00 p.m.
