Let's Fix the Clock Tower Restoration Campaign

The clock tower located at the top of what will become the City's new "City Hall" at 70 Dalhousie Street is an iconic part of Brantford's downtown landscape and our city's history. Built between 1913 and 1915, the building was originally constructed as a federal post office with a working clock and bell in the tower. Thousands of long time residents and admirers of the city already know and appreciate the historical significance of this building and its unique features.

Brantford Mayor Kevin Davis is on a mission to restore the clock and bell within the tower to working order before the building becomes the City's new City Hall. The repairs needed include restoring the clock faces, panes and caulking as well as the clock hands, and mechanisms.

Show your support

Please help Mayor Kevin Davis bring the past to the present and celebrate our City's future.

As the new City Hall is a building that will be enjoyed and frequented regularly by the public, Mayor Davis is appealing to the community to show your support by contributing to the Let's Fix the Clock Tower Restoration fund raising campaign to return both the clock and bell to their original glory.

All amounts, big or small, are very much appreciated. A tax receipt will be provided to donors for donations of $20.00 or more.
