There are four types of business structures in Ontario. They are:
  • Sole-proprietorship
  • Partnership
  • Corporation
  • Not-for-profit
There are many factors to help you determine what type of business structure best suits you. Learn more about each structure or contact the BRC to speak to someone in person.
