Dufferin Park boasts a community park including a playground, multi-purpose pad, walking trail and green space. A building on site includes washrooms, a small community hall and kitchenette facilities. There are also six tennis courts and six pickleball courts available for use by members and guests of the Brantford Tennis & Pickleball Club.
