Rentals

Book your next social gathering, wedding or meeting at the Bell Homestead! It's a great setting for your outdoor photographs or wedding ceremony with our charming grounds and front verandah. We also have indoor spaces for your next special event or meeting.

Rentals are available to book Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A damage deposit of $500.00 is required and will be refunded after the event if there are no damages. Liability insurance may be required.

• Grounds and Bell Homestead verandah (available May to October): Photographs cost $105.00, Wedding ceremonies cost $370.00. Public washrooms are available.
• Theatre (available year-round): capacity 25 people, includes public washrooms, tables and chairs. Cost $235.00.
• The Exchange Café (available year-round): capacity 38 people in two dining areas, includes kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator and microwave, tables and chairs and public washrooms. Cost $320.00.
• Carriage House (available May to October): capacity 40 people, includes tables and chairs and public washrooms. Cost $160.00

Branlyn offers different rental choices for your next special event including meeting rooms and a triple gymnasium that can be sectioned off depending on the size of your group. Free parking is available.

• Medium sized meeting room: 70 people, $42.87 per hour to rent
• Large meeting room: 100 people, $61.08 per hour to rent

Non-prime time hours:

• Weekday non-prime time rates are in effect Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekend non-prime time rates are in effect Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Prime time hours:

• Prime time ice is available Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Doug Snooks Eagle Place Community Centre is located in Eagle Place and open year-round.

Lions Park offers arena rentals (floor and ice) during prime time and non-prime time and auditorium rentals. Find detailed information including rates at www.Brantford.ca/LionsPark.

Mohawk Park has a pavilion and outdoor picnic shelters available to rent. The pavilion is ideal for dances, weddings and other social functions and meetings. The pavilion is open from May 1 to September 30. The capacity is 200. Note that the pavilion is not air-conditioned and does have Wi-Fi available.

The historic Sanderson Centre is an unforgettable venue for concerts, photographs, wedding ceremonies and receptions, anniversary parties, family reunions, meetings and seminars. The theatre is available to community organizations, individuals and commercial renters. Rentals are based on a first-come, first-served basis and can accommodate groups up to 1,125 people. This facility offers a spacious and inviting banquet hall overlooking the picturesque greens of the golf course. Catering and hourly rates are available. The capacity is 150.

Earl Haig Family Fun Park is the perfect location for your next group gathering. Shelters are available to rent. You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the park but Earl's Snack Shack is also open for snacks and food.
