Cockshutt Park

A natural community greenspace for rest, recreation, and relaxation. Includes a playground with swings and sand play area for families to enjoy.
Park features include junior playground equipment designed for children ages 2 to 5 and senior playground equipment designed for children ages 5 to 12 and swings, sand play area with a log table, chairs and stools and a log boarder which can be used for seating. In addition, there are accessible pathways to provide access to the playground and trees for additional shade and benches.
Free mulch is available from April to November. The pile is located behind the Arnold Anderson Stadium along the parking lot. There may not be any available on occassion. Please note that we do not place mulch behind any gates.
