Rated Criteria Scoring Scale
For rated criteria solicitations, points will be awarded based on completeness, quality of response, and the degree to which the proponent addresses the key criteria listed.
The following scale will be applied to all rated criteria contained in this evaluation, unless otherwise noted.
Half points will be permitted for this evaluation (e.g. 7.5 pts).
Proponents shall refer to the RFP solicitation document for benchmark requirements.
