COVID-19 update

The Brantford Farmers’ Market is open on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

The outdoor portion of the Brantford Farmers’ Market will reopen on Saturday, June 19, 2021 with the capacity limit of 30 people. Vendors will be spaced out to enable physical distancing. 

Under Step 1, the indoor capacity limit will also increase to 30 people. All COVID-19 public health measures remain in effect. 

Customers will be asked a series of COVID-19 screening questions before entry and be reminded to practice physical distancing during their visit. Wayfinding and distancing markings have been installed to provide guidance. 

Market details

Serving Brantford and area since 1848, the Brantford Farmers' Market features products that reflect the diversity of the community, with new products introduced regularly.

Current offerings include; fresh produce, meats, deli cuts, dairy products, flowers, fresh baked goods, home made prepared food, fresh roasted nuts, home made candies and crafts, as well as a breakfast and lunch counter serving hot foods and other natural products.

The Farmers' Market proudly serves between 1,500 and 3,500 people every week. There are 49 indoor stalls open for business all year, with an additional 15 to 20 outdoor stalls that are open during the peak harvest season (from May to October).

Location and parking

Located at 79 Icomm Drive in downtown Brantford, the Market is easily accessible with free parking available on site. Other parking is also available in the Market Centre Parkade.
