Brantford Transit service changes effective January 11, 2026
BRANTFORD, ON – Brantford Transit will introduce new schedules and route changes on January 11, 2026, as part of ongoing enhancements to improve connections and support easier travel across the city.
Most routes will begin service earlier and include additional morning trips to give riders more travel options. Several routes will also have minor schedule adjustments to improve reliability. New connection points outside the Transit Terminal will provide more ways to reach business areas without travelling downtown.
To strengthen service in north Brantford, Brantford Transit is introducing Route 21 – Tollgate Line earlier than planned. This limited-service weekday route will offer a direct connection between north Brantford and the Northwest Industrial Area (NWIA), reducing the need for morning transfers downtown.
