Have your say on the new playground design planned for 77 Stauffer Road

Brantford, ON – The City is inviting residents to help shape the design of a new park and playground planned for 77 Stauffer Rd., within the Nature’s Grand LIV Communities development off Hardy Road. Residents can review the proposed playground designs and provide input at www.LetsTalkBrantford.ca until Sunday, March 8, 2026.

“The park is being designed with the community in mind,” says Summer Scott, Coordinator of Parks Design and Development for the City of Brantford. “We look forward to building a park and playground that is informed by its residents and supports play, accessibility, and connection for people of all ages.”

Residents can choose from two playground design options, each featuring different equipment and a unique layout that provides a range of fun recreational opportunities for children of all ages. In addition to the playground, the new park will include a 3-bay swing set with inclusive swing and toddler seat, accessible paved pathways with an extended walking loop, seating, bike rack, new tree plantings and a shade structure.

Residents are encouraged to participate in the survey and vote for their favourite playground design at www.LetsTalkBrantford.ca/77staufferroad. Surveys will be open until Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Results of voting on the selected playground designs for the new 77 Stauffer Road Park will be shared after the survey closes with subscribers to the Let’s Talk Brantford platform and on the City of Brantford’s official social media channels.
