Brantford Transit to implement service changes on April 6, 2025

BRANTFORD, ON – Effective Sunday, April 6, 2025, Brantford Transit will implement service changes to improve efficiency and reliability for transit users. These changes include route adjustments and revised run times for certain routes, and are outlined in each of the following route maps:

Route 2:

• The Bernard Avenue section of the Brier Park loop will be removed.

• Route 2 will now turn left from Dunsdon Street onto Memorial Drive.

Route 5:

• The run time for Route 5 will be adjusted from 25 minutes to 40 minutes between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Outbound routing from the terminal will be modified.

Route 6:

• The route in West Brant will be streamlined to improve efficiency.

• Additional time will be reallocated to extend service to the Blackburn Drive/Longboat Run West roundabout.

Routes 9 and 14:

• Outbound routing from the terminal will be adjusted to travel via Darling Street and Alfred Street.

Route 12:

• Route 12 changes will align with the adjustments made to Route 6.
