Please be advised that alternating lane closures will be in effect on Colborne Street West at Welsh Street from September 16 to September 17, 2026. One lane will be maintained in each direction at all times.
These temporary closures are required to allow a private contractor, authorized under a City-issued permit, to complete utility daylighting work.
