Brantford Fire’s Hot Summer Nights are back
BRANTFORD, ON – The Brantford Fire Department is pleased to announce the 2026 dates for Hot Summer Nights, free outdoor events that allow families to cool off with a fire truck sprinkler, freezies, and learn about fire safety throughout July and August.
“These events are a great way to bring the community together to stay cool, learn about fire safety and have some fun,” says Brantford Fire Chief Todd Binkley.
The Hot Summer Nights events include a fire truck sprinkler and free freezies for attendees to enjoy while quantities last. Fire Prevention staff will also be available to educate families about fire safety. The events take place on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
- July 7 - Princess Anne Park, 17 Helen Avenue
- July 14 - Devon Down Park, 70 Abigail Avenue
- July 21 - Cedarland Park, 160 Ashgrove Avenue
- July 28 - Silverbridge Park, 75 Dante Crescent
- August 4 - Parsons Park, 160 Ontario Street
