Filming Notice - June 15 to 18

Recognizing how welcoming film contributes to short-term economic investment, cultural development, and civic pride in the community, the City of Brantford Economic Development, Tourism & Cultural Initiatives Department is pleased to host the cast and crew of “Idaho Productions Ltd”.

The production will film exterior scenes on Greenwich Street between Murray Street and Mohawk Street. Affected residents and businesses are being notified.  

Crews will conduct preparation, filming, and wrap-up activities in the vicinity between June 15 and June 18.

Anticipated Impacts

Road Closures

Under police supervision, the following roads will be closed on June 15 to 18:

• Greenwich Street (Murray to Mohawk) with local traffic access permitted.

Trail Closures

Under Parks Services supervision with film crew stationed at key access points, the following trail will be closed for safety reasons for part of the day on June 15, and all day on June 16 and 17:

• Trail between Mohawk Street near Forest Road / Beach Road and Mohawk Street near Morrison Road.

Special Effects and Noise

Stunt driving and open flame effects are being planned in consultation with Brantford Fire. Driving scenes may create additional noise but these activities will be contained to daytime hours.
