Market Street South and Icomm Drive intersection to reopen April 27

BRANTFORD, ON – The intersection of Market Street South and Icomm Drive is scheduled to reopen to traffic on Monday, April 27, 2026, weather permitting. The main entrance and exit of the Market Centre Parkade will also reopen to traffic.

What’s next

• Crews are completing base asphalt paving, traffic signals, and site cleanup this week.
• Bell Canada utility relocations on the Lorne Bridge and Brant Avenue are planned to take place over the coming weeks.
• Construction on Icomm Drive will continue, and traffic controls will remain in place to support two-way traffic between Market Street South and Clarence Street South, with a single eastbound lane from Brant Avenue to Market Street South.
