Northwest Municipal Services Expansion EAs PIC 3
Project Information
The City is currently completing Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) Studies to expand the water, wastewater, stormwater and transportation infrastructure to the north of Highway 403, and ultimately to the City’s Northwest Expansion lands. Due to the overlapping nature and geographic proximity of projects recommended in the Master Servicing Plan and Transportation Master Plan, and their combined need to satisfy an optimized servicing strategy, seven (7) individual projects are being completed simultaneously.
The City has completed the Oak Park Road Trunk Watermain and the Oak Park Road Trunk Sewer projects to prioritize the design and construction of the first phase of the water and wastewater infrastructure to bring servicing to north of Highway 403. Five (5) projects are still being completed under the MCEA process.

Public Involvement
Your input is important to the Environmental Assessment (EA) process. The City invites public, businesses, residents, agencies, and interested stakeholders and right holders to participate in this planning process and learn more about the study through attendance at a Public Information Centre (PIC). This PIC is the third PIC for the Northwest Municipal Services Expansion EAs and will allow the public the opportunity to share comments and concerns.
