Neighbourhood Planning Meetings

The City of Brantford Planning staff and neighbourhood Ward Councillors host virtual meetings that members of the public can watch to receive information and share their opinions when registered to take part in the electronic meeting forum. 

Members of the public can provide comments or raise any questions or concerns with Council members and City staff in relation to scheduled neighbourhood planning meetings by:

 Participating in the virtual neighbourhood planning meeting via Zoom

Participation in the electronic platform called Zoom requires pre-registration in advance. Interested members of the public must register by 4:30 p.m. the day before the meeting. To register, email cobplanning@brantford.ca.

Upon registering for a meeting, members of the public will be emailed a link for the Zoom meeting. 
The link must not be shared with others, as it is unique to the registrant.

 Participating in the virtual meeting by telephone
Interested members of the public must register in advance by calling 519-759-4150. Registration must be received by 4:30 p.m. the day before the meeting. If necessary, please leave a voicemail including your name, phone number and meeting date and a member of staff will reach out to you to complete your registration.
 Submitting feedback in writing or through email in advance of the meeting
Written comments can be submitted by emailing cobplanning@brantford.ca any time prior to the meeting or by mail to Planning Department, City of Brantford, 58 Dalhousie Street, P.O. Box 818, Brantford, Ontario, N3T 2J2. Comments can also be placed in the drop box in front of Brantford City Hall.  All comments received prior to the emeting will be relayed at the public hearing.
