Day Camp and Program Refunds

We know that sometimes things come up and you need a refund for a day camp or program that we offer. View our cancellation and refund policies below.

We cancel

We will issue a full refund if we cancel a camp or program and will not charge you an admin fee.

Program refund request

We need a minimum of five days notice prior to the start of your program or day camp if you want a refund. An admin fee will apply. If we receive your request after the five day notice period, we will consider a refund for medical or compassionate reasons only. The refund will be prorated based on the number of classes or days already attended and you will be required to pay an admin fee.

Outdoor weather cancellations

If there is poor weather, including thunder, lightning or high wind warnings, outdoor programs may be cancelled and Earl Haig Family Fun Park may close without notice temporarily. During these closures patrons will be asked to remain in the lobby or in their vehicle. Refunds for daily admission and rental permits will not be issued a refund due to weather beyond our control.

Admin Fee

A 15% fee will apply to the prorated amount for all refunds. We issue refunds by the original form of payment over the phone or at any Parks and Recreation facility. You must provide the credit card that matches the account name in the registration system. You must show us the receipt in person for us to process a refund if the credit card and account information do not match.
