Healthy Kids helps children make healthy lifestyle choices, which have the added benefit of contributing to positive self-esteem and confidence.

According to the Mental Health of Children and Youth in Ontario scorecard, as many as 1 in 5 children and youth in Ontario will experience some form of mental health issues.
