Water Rates

The City is responsible for the treatment and distribution of drinking water and the safe disposal of wastewater. Water and Wastewater Rates are approved by Brantford City Council. In 2015, Council approved a water/wastewater rate structure  resulting in a zero increase to the base charge for water until 2024.  In effect, the minimum bills for water and wastewater will be maintained at the 2015 level with no increase until 2024.

The 2022 Water and Wastewater Rates Card is now available for review.
