How to book a ride with Brantford Lift
Please have the following information available:
- The date you require transportation
- Your exact pick-up address
- Your exact drop-off address
- The time you want to arrive at your destination
- The time you want to return
- Whether you will be accompanied by an attendant or companion
- What mobility device (if any) will be used
Note on Timing: Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Also, be prepared to wait 15 minutes past your pick-up time. This flexibility allows us to accommodate as many riders as possible.
To book a ride with Brantford Lift, please adhere to these guidelines:
Trips CAN be booked up to 30 days in advance but must be booked by 9:30 p.m. the day before. All requests are subject to availability. Requests for same day service will be looked at, however not guaranteed. We encourage trips to be planned for our off peak hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and after 4:00 p.m.
Rides for Saturday, Sunday and Monday should be booked by Friday at 9:30 p.m.
Please note: We encourage clients to book return trips at the same time as booking outgoing trips. This allows us the ability to plan trips efficiently, providing better service for our clients.
A “no show” is a passenger who is not at the scheduled pick up location at the scheduled time. If your are a “no show”, your return trip will be automatically cancelled. If we experience a high number of “no shows” or “cancelations at the door” service maybe denied for a period of time.
