Canadian Union of Postal Works (CUPW) has announced a national strike as of Friday, September 26, 2025.
The strike has interrupted mail service to and from the City of Brantford.
Payment due dates for property taxes and water bills have not changed and customers are responsible for keeping payments up-to-date.
Residents are encouraged to visit myutility.brantford.ca to view and pay utility bills.
Residents can review property tax bills and enrol in paperless billing through the City’s Tax Portal.
